This is a known issue, the galaxy map and system maps work off different sets of data. Currently the galaxy map has to be updated manually and as yet… hasn’t been.
In the powerplay beta all 3 show as empire, assume thats how it will appear as long as they are still empire when it hits the main server.
Not sure if it will auto update after 1.3 but some level must be automated to support the powerplay content.
